1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM ET or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

At DS Fragrances, we offer fast, reliable shipping to ensure your fragrance arrives quickly and safely.

  • Shipping Method: Priority Shipping (1–3 Business Days)

  • Standard Rate: Calculated at checkout based on location and order size

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Priority Shipping on all orders over $75

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA, allowing faster delivery to southeastern regions.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

5. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package on the carrier’s website using that number.

6. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at dscompany233@gmail.com  . We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. DS Fragrances is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
