At DS Fragrances, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of the products we sell. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products once they are purchased. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dscompany233@gmail.com Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the claim and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
